- Glue-text – winter version contains in composition agents to use in low temperatures. Full strength glue in winter conditions should be used in temperatures to –5C.
- If You glue posters in lower temperatures than –5C ,dilute the glue by following the directions given below:
- To 10 kg of glue add 1,0-1,5 liters of liquid base on alcohol – allow to use the glue to the temperature about –8C
- To 10 kg of glue add 1,5-2,0 liters of liquid base on alcohol – allow to use the glue in temperatures about –12C
- Glue posters in lower temperatures than given above is not recommended because of difficulties of gores freezing, high addition of anti-freezing agents and problems with elevator’s hydraulics.
- Recommended to put evenly layer of glue to the surface.
- Using water to diluting is forbidden.
- Adding the salt or lime chloride to decrease the freezing temperature is forbidden because it has negative influent to the glue and cause “grey” remnant on glued posters and corrosion of metal boards.
- It’s recommended to immediately remove excess the glue from glued poster, especially on gores connection with cloth soaked in liquid with alcohol.
